Celebrating music, timeless pop culture, and dancing with abandon. These shows are focused on spectacle and experience, featuring up-and-coming live artists, retro favorites, as well as emerging and established DJs.
VILLAINS (LA)
In just under three years of existence, Villains have produced official
commissioned remixes for the likes of Bloc Party, Britney Spears, N.A.S.A., Lykke Li, Shakira, The Bravery & many more. More recently however, the duo have increased their focus of completely original, quality original productions. The single, “Victims featuring Whiskey Pete” was signed and released by the number one Independent electro label in the U.S., Dim Mak, and has received rave reviews. This is only the tip of the iceberg for the Villains. After officially signing with Dim Mak in 2010, the two have begun working on several remixes for the label and a handful of originals set to be released in the very near future.

COMIC STRIPS
Tom Holroyd - also known as Comic Strips - is an Electro House producer hailing from Pittsburgh, PA. He debuted a short time ago, at the age of 19, and is making a mark on the dance music community quickly. Known for his distinct, edgy, and complex sound, he has the tendency to combine elements of heavy Electro House with anything from delicate chord progressions, to intense build-ups that ensue crushing anticipation. Such a sound has caught the eyes of blogs, labels, DJ's and fans from around the country. Comic Strips' tunes have been supported by the likes of Cold Blank, The S, Far Too Loud, Mr. Skeleton, Kelevra, The Oddworld & The Boomzers. His first EP, "That's My Sh!!" release by Rot10 Musik received instant attention internationally; Earmilk.com claimed Comic Strips to be their "Breakout artist of the year." Following "That's My Sh!!" artists from all over the world have sought Comic Strips out for his unique ways to remix tunes. These artists include, Vengeance, Sazon Booya, Mr. Skeleton, Subvader, & Microprophet. In a short time, Comic Strips has been featured on over ten releases on Beatport in just five months. Recently, his Remix of Skrillex's "Ruffneck Bass" Jumped into the Top 10 Hypem Chart in just three days after being posted by Tiltmag.com, neck & neck with the likes of Avicii, David Guetta, & Diplo.
Comic Strips recently released his lastest EP, Party Zone, via Bazooka Records (Spencer & Hill, Porter Robinson, Zedd & Far Too Loud). He currently is awaiting the release of another EP, coming on LA Electro Duo, Cold Blank's Label: Burn The Fire Records. Comic Strips has recently confirmed an Australian tour through Vamp Music in November. In the mean time, he has been popping up on some massive shows, sharing the stage with legendary names like MSTRKRFT, Wolfgang Gartner, Pretty Lights, Excision, Designer Drugs, Lucky Date & others. Comic Strips has been sought out quite aggressively due to his unparalleled energy & his captivating ability to interact with the crowd.
